Exhibition / Building Oscar Niemeyer / Paris 2015.
From 15/07/2015 to 18/08/2015
At the initiative of the Director Marcel Trillat.
This exhibition is dedicated to Jean-François Bernigaud
who was correspondent in Russia between 1989 and 1995.
Franck Brisset was Reporter Cameraman for France 2 TV.
in Moscow . Between 1997 to 2004 .
At each of his trips is Leica
never left him . This results in a multitude
images captured by the way, on the sidelines of
his reporting.
A look on
this gigantic country battered by history,
still seeking the path of rebirth,
more than ten years after the collapse of the former USSR .
Women, men, children ,
often isolated in landscapes without
limitations or identified in dilapidated decorations.
Silent suffering, but also
the exhilaration of explosions.
Faces inhabited by a mysterious beauty of soul.
MARCEL TRILLAT .
Silver prints Stephane Cormier.
